DDI: Serious Zidovudine bioavailability reduced, Antihistamines causes QT interval prolongation & leads to life-threatening Torsade de pointes arrhythmias, Delavirdine increases drug levels, Coumarins increases risk of bleeding, Rifabutin increases risk of uveitis & neutropenia, Amiodarone leads to additive effects on QT interval, Glipizide/Glibenclamide leads to hypoglycemia, Itraconazole/Cabergoline levels increased, Digoxin levels increases leads to toxicity, PPIs levels raises, Ergotamine/Dihydroergotamine/Nifedipine/Verapamil toxicity raises
