Indications & Dose: INSOMNIA PO Adult 25mg given q4-6h, max 150mg/day |
| Contra: Alcohol, CVD, known/suspected prolongation of QT interval, hypokalemia/electrolyte imbalances, neonates, topical application on broken/eczematous skin
Precautions: Angle-closure glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hyperplasia, pyloroduodenal obstruction, epilepsy, hepatic impairment, young children, elderly ADR: Serious: antimuscarinic effects, hypersensitivity reactions, convulsions, Others: myalgia, extrapyramidal effects, depression, hypotension, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, epigastric pain, rash, CNS depression, headache, psychomotor impairment |
