Indications & Dose: INTRACTABLE HEART FAILURE IV Adult Loading dose 0.75mg/kg over 2-3min followed by MD 5-10µg/kg/min (as inf), loading dose may be repeat after 30min |
| Precautions: Severe obstructive aortic/pulmonary valvular disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
ADR: Serious: Thrombocytopenia, hepatotoxicity, hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity reactions, Others: local pain, Headache, fever, chest pain, nail discoloration, decreased tear production DDI: Serious Anagrelide increases inotropic effects Monitor: BP, HR, fluid & electrolyte balance, platelet counts & LFTs |
