Indications & Dose: JUVENILE IDIOPATHIC ARTHRITIS PO Child 20-30 kg: 400mg OD, 31-45 kg: 600mg OD, 46-60 kg: 800mg OD, >60 kg: 1g OD | OSTEOARTHRITIS PO Adult IR: 400mg BID or 300mg BID/TID or 500mg BID, ER: 0.4-1g OD Elderly Same as adult dose | PAIN Acute PO Adult IR: 200-400mg q6-8h max 1g as total daily dose | RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS PO Adult IR: 400mg BID or 300mg BID/TID or 500mg BID, ER: 0.4-1g OD Elderly Same as adult dose

Contra: Hypersensitivity, CABG surgery, severe HF, children with varicella, history of hypersensitivity reactions

Precautions: HTN, history of GI diseases, patients with infect, patients with hemorrhagic disorders, renal/hepatic impairment, elderly, fluid retention

ADR: Serious: Severe GI bleeding, blood disorders, nephrotoxicity, renal failure, hematuria, nephropathy, hepatotoxicity, HF, SJS, TEN, angioedema, bronchospasm, aseptic meningitis, pulmonary eosinophilia, Others: GI disturbances, nausea, diarrhea, headache, vertigo, dizziness, nervousness, depression, visual disturbances, photosensitivity, insomnia, fever, rashes, dysuria

Diet: With food

Monitor: CBC & chemistry profile, liver enzymes,urine output & BUN or SeCr
