ADR: Serious: pituitary apoplexy, spinal cord compression, tumor flare, bone pain, hematuria, bladder outlet obstruction, neuropathy, vasodilation, angina, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, blood disorders, abnormal LFTs, Others: myalgia, abnormal menses, nervousness, confusion, vomiting, weight gain, headache, depression, insomnia, fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, hot flashes, testicular atrophy, hyperlipidemia, flu-like syndrome, rash, seborrhea, vaginitis, Inj site reaction, alopecia, cervix disorder, epistaxis, gynecomastia, headache, nausea, nervousness, peripheral edema, syncope

DDI: Serious Antidiabetics therapeutic efficacy is reduced

Monitor: BMD, hormone levels, glucose levels, cardiac monitoring
