Indications & Dose: ALLERGIC RHINITIS Symptomatic therapy PO Adult 10mg/day (self medication) Child 2-6 yr: Syrup 5mg/day, >6 yr: Same as adult dose (self medication) | IDIOPATHIC URTICARIA Chronic PO Adult 10mg/day (self medication) Child 2-5 yr: Syrup 5mg/day (under clinician supervision), >6 yr: Same as adult dose (self medication)

Contra: Hypersensitivity

Precautions: Renal/hepatic impairment

DDI: Serious Acenocoumarol anticoagulant effects reduces, Amiodarone causes cardiac abnormalities, Ketoconazole increases QTc interval, Cimetidine raises drug levels
