Contra: Hypersensitivity

Precautions: Renal/hepatic impairment, elderly, children

ADR: Others: diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, constipation, headache, sleeplessness, nausea, vomiting

DDI: Serious Erythromycin increases drug level & prolongs its halflife, Omeprazole level increased
