Indications & Dose: OSTEOARTHRITIS Symptomatic therapy PO Adult 1g OD as single dose or in 2 divided doses MD 1-2g/day | RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS Symptomatic therapy PO Adult 1g/day MD 1-2g/day as single or in 2 divided doses |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, severe hepatic impairment, perioperative pain CABG surgery, active PUD, severe HF, children with varicella, history of hypersensitivity reactions
Precautions: Severe CVD/renal disease, history of ulcer disease, children, HTN, patients with infect, patients with hemorrhagic disorders, elderly ADR: Serious: GI bleeding, angioedema, anaphylaxis, tinnitus, edema, Others: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, dry mouth, pruritus, rash, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, insomnia, vasculitis, abnormal vision Diet: With food Monitor: Patients with renal insufficiency: Baseline renal function followed by repeat test within weeks |
