LOW-MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN | ANTI-COGULANT

Indications & Dose: GENERAL SURGICAL PROCEDURES SC Adult 3200U 2h before procedure followed by 3200U/day 1 wk or till patient is fully ambulant. In high risk/orthopedic patients: 4250U 12h before the procedure followed by 4250U 12h after surgery & then OD for next 10 days | THROMBOEMBOLISM SC Adult 6400U 7-10 days
