| Contra: patients who developed thrombocytopenia with heparin, prosthetic heart valves, risk of hemorrhage, PUD, cerebrovascular disorders, bacterial endocarditis, severe HTN, esophageal varices, recent surgery, severe hepatic/renal impairment
