ADR: Serious: HTN, ARF, nephropathy, DM, arthralgia, albuminuria, hypokalemia, renal tubular necrosis, pericardial effusion, Others: diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, anorexia, dyspepsia, hyperlipemia, hyperkalemia, hypomagnesemia, insomnia, fever, headache, edema, acne, alopecia, wound healing impaired, hirsutism, skin disorder, photosensitivity reaction, mood changes, sleep disturbances, blood dyscrasias

DDI: Serious Cimetidine/Chloramphenicol/Clarithromycin/Clotrimazole/Danazol/Erythromycin/Fluconazole/Ketoconazole/Nifedipine increase drug level, HIV protease inhibitors/Antacids/Hormonal Contraceptives/PPIs increase drug levels, Sirolimus increases risk of hepatic artery thrombosis, graft loss, death, Ciclosporin increases risk of nephrotoxicity, Spironolactone/Amiloride/Triamterene leads to severe hyperkalemia, Phenytoin/Carbamazepine/Rifampicin levels are increased, Vaccines (Live & inactivated) response is abolished
