Precautions: pyridoxine deficiency ADR: Serious: eosinophilia-myalgia syndrome, Others: nausea, headache, light headedness, drowsiness, bladder tumours DDI: Serious Paroxetine/Fluoxetine causes central & peripheral toxicity, MAOIs leads to behavioral & neurological toxicity, Duloxetine results in serotonin syndrome |
