Contra: hypersensitivity, severely immunosuppressed children, history of guillain-barre syndrome

Precautions: acute illness, neurological conditions, alcohol/disinfectant

ADR: Serious: myalgia, arthralgia, lymphadenopathy, hypersensitivity reactions, bronchospasm, angioedema, anaphylaxis, influenza-like symptoms, lymphangitis, Others: pain, inflammation, redness, sterile abscess, GI disturbances, fatigue, headache, irritability, loss of appetite, fever, dizziness, paresthesia, asthenia, drowsiness, rash, urticaria, malaise
