Indications & Dose: TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS Combination therapy PO Adult 50mg/day with sulfonylurea or 50mg BID with metformin/thiazolidinedione
Contra: Hepatic impairment

ADR: Serious: hepatitis, hepatic dysfunction, peripheral edema, nasopharyngitis, arthralgia, URTI, Others: dizziness, headache, constipation

Diet: With/Without food
