Indications & Dose: ANAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIA CAUSED BY HPV TYPES 6, 11, 16 AND 18 IM Adult < 26 yrs: 0.5ml followed by 0.5ml at 2 and 6 months after the initial dose Child > 9 yrs: Same as adult dose | PREVENTION OF ANAL CANCER IN MALES CAUSED BY HPV TYPES 16, AND 18 IM Adult < 26 yrs: 0.5ml followed by 0.5ml at 2 and 6 months after the initial dose Child > 9 yrs: Same as adult dose | PREVENTION OF CERVICAL, VULVAR, VAGINAL CANCER CAUSED BY HPV TYPES 6, 11, 16 AND 18 IM Adult < 26 yrs: 0.5ml followed by 0.5ml at 2 and 6 months after the initial dose Child > 9 yrs: Same as adult dose | PREVENTION OF GENITAL WARTS CAUSED BY HPV TYPES 6 AND 11 IM Adult <26 yrs: 0.5ml followed by 0.5ml at 2 and 6 months after the initial dose Child >9 yrs: Same as adult dose |
