Indications & Dose: PREMATURE LUTEINIZING HORMONE SURGE SC Adult Conjunction therapy to controlled ovarian stimulation (with FSH, HMG). Females: Single-dose regimen: 3mg on 5-9 days [depending on serum estradiol levels]. Continue 0.25mg/day until hCG is administered, if not given within 4 days; Multiple-dose regimen: 0.25mg/day on 5th or 6th day of stimulation and continue until HCG is administered |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, moderate to severe renal or hepatic impairment
Precautions: history of allergies ADR: Serious: Transient reactions (erythema, pruritus, and swelling), systemic hypersensitivity, increased liver enzymes, Others: nausea, headache Monitor: Follicle size by ultrasound |
