Indications & Dose: ACNE TP Adult Apply thin film to affected area BID Child >12yr: Same as adult dose | CONJUNCTIVITIS Prophylactic therapy TP Adult Solution: Instill 1-2 drops q2-3h in lower conjuctival sac 7-10 days usually applied in waking hrs, increase dosing interval as needed, continued for 7-10 days Child >2 month: Same as adult dose | CORNEAL ULCER TP Adult Solution: Instill 1-2 drops q2-3h in lower conjuctival sac 7-10 days usually applied in waking hrs, increase dosing interval as needed, continued for 7-10 days Child >2 month: Same as adult dose | SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS TP Adult Apply at bedtime & leave overnight, apply twice daily in severe cases.
