Contra: hypersensitivity, fructose intolerance
Precautions: renal/hepatic dysfunction, DM, concomitant use of other drugs, significant aortic/mitral stenosis, biliary obstructive disorders, hypovolemia, HF, children ADR: Serious: hyperkalemia, intermittent claudication, chest pain, peripheral edema, impaired renal function, orthostatic hypotension, Others: myalgia, diarrhea, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, skin ulcer DDI: Serious Spironolactone increases risk of hyperkalemia, ACEIs increases risk of hypotension, renal impairment & hyperkalemia, Digoxin serum level is increased Diet: With/without food Monitor: BP, electrolytes, Secr, BUN |
