Contra: Hypersensitivity
Precautions: DM, hepatic dysfunction, children, patients allergic to other 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, ventricular arrhythmia, patients with congenital long QT syndrome ADR: Serious: hypotension, tachycardia, bradycardia, QT prolangation, urinary retention, arrhythmia, metabolic acidosis, seizure, edema, Others: chills, hiccups, joint pain, arthralgia, constipation, hyperglycemia, diarrhea, fatigue, abdominal pain, headache, insomnia, dizziness, anxiety DDI: Serious Apomorphine causes hypotension Monitor: Vital signs, ECG, tachycardia, bradycardia, hypotension,electrolyte levels, CBC, urine glucose levels |
