Precautions: Angle-closure glaucoma, pheochromocytoma, CVD, hepatic impairment, children, elderly, history of epilepsy ADR: Serious: tinnitus, bone-marrow depression, blood disorders, hypersensitivity reactions, orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, angioedema, increased IOP, tremor, seizures, peripheral neuropathy, Others: dry mouth, constipation, urinary retention, blurred vision, drowsiness, urticaria, hyperthermia, headache, confusion, hallucinations, sour/metallic taste, stomatitis, nausea, vomiting, gastric irritation DDI: Serious MAOIs causes serotonin syndrome, Fluvoxamine/Diltiazem/Quinidine/Verapamil increases drug level, SSRIs increases drug levels, Venlafaxine/Bupropion leads to seizures Diet: With/without food |
