Indications & Dose: PLAQUE PSORIASIS Chronic/Mild-to-moderate IM Adult 15mg once weekly for 12 wk, initiate second course of therapy 12 wk after initial treatment if needed |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, history of severe malignancy, patients with HIV infect/other important infect
Precautions: Hepatic/renal impairment ADR: Serious: SJS, TEN, hepatitis, thrombocytopenia, lymphopenia, anaphylaxis, urticaria, Others: pruritus, chills, cough, Nausea, pharyngitis, dizziness, headache, myalgia DDI: Serious Vaccines (Live & inactivated) effects are decreased, Pimecrolimus/Denosumab/Roflumilast/Tacrolimus/Trastuzumab increases drug effects, Natalizumab levels are increased, Alcohol may increase risk of liver toxicity |
