Indications & Dose: ADVANCED OVARIAN CANCER Combination therapy IV Adult 300mg/m2 as inf over 15-60min q4wk with cyclophosphamide | Mono therapy IV Adult 360mg/m2 as inf over 15-60min q4wk |
Contra: History of severe allergic reaction, severe bone marrow depression/significant bleeding, renal/hearing impairment, contact with skin & eyes, acute infect
Precautions: Renal impairment, elder, debilitated patients ADR: Serious: Electrolyte distubance, myelosuppression, blood disorders, AST/alkaline phosphatase increased, Clcr decreased, BUN increased, Hypersensitivity/allergic reaction, neurotoxicity, hemorrhagic complications, peripheral neuropathy, visual disturbance, ototoxicity, infect, Others: alopecia, constipation, diarrhea, weakness, vomiting, abdominal pain, nausea, Pain DDI: Serious Etoposide clearance modestly reduces by drug, Warfarin effects increases, Paclitaxel leads to neurotoxicity Monitor: CBC with differential & platelet count, serum electrolytes, SeCr & BUN, Clcr, LFTs |
