Indications & Dose: HYPERTENSION PO Adult Each tablet contains amlodipine 5mg & losartan potassium 50mg: Initially 1 tablet/day, may be increase to 2 tablet/day |
| Contra: Hypersensitivity, concomitant potassium supplements
Precautions: History of hepatic/renal impairment, HF, poor blood circulation, sick-sinus syndrome, severe ventricular dysfunction, elderly, children, do not drive/operate machine while taking this medication ADR: Serious: Low BP, transient elevation of liver enzymes, back pain, allergic reactions, Others: muscle pain, GI disturbances, taste disturbances, respiratory tract disorders, cough, rash, headache, dizziness, weakness, fatigue Monitor: Serum potassium |
