Indications for Drugs ::
Irritable bowel syndrome [IBS], GI tract spasm
Drug Dose ::
Adults, elderly and children over 10 years: 1 tablet three times, or 1 capsule twice daily

Mebeverine is an antispasmodic agent which exerts direct action on the GI smooth muscle.
Drug Interactions ::
No interaction studies have been performed except with alcohol. In vitro and in vivo studies in animals have demonstrated the absence of any interaction between Duspatalin Retard and ethanol. Incompatibilities: Not applicable.
