Indications & Dose: UNCOMPLICATED FALCIPARUM MALARIA PO Adult A total of 6 doses of Artemether 80mg with lumefantrine 480mg are given. The first dose is given at diagnosis & the remaining 5 doses are repeated after 8, 24, 36, 48 & 60h Child The first dose is given at diagnosis & the remaining 5 doses are repeated after 8, 24, 36, 48 & 60h. 5-14 kg: Artemether 20mg & lumefantrine 120mg, 15-24 kg: Artemether 40mg & lumefantrine 240mg, 25-34 kg: Artemether 60mg & lumefantrine 360mg, > 34 kg: Same as adult dose
