Indications & Dose: MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC IRON OVERLOAD DUE TO BLOOD TRANSFUSION PO Adult Initially 20mg/kg/day. Adjust the dose q 3-6 months based on serum ferritin levels, max 30mg/kg/day Child =2 yrs: Same as adult dose
