ADR: Serious: ventricular arrhythmias, hypersensitivity, palpitations, myalgia, convulsions, arthralgia, Others: epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sleep disturbances, dry mouth, abdominal pain, dizziness DDI: Serious Azoles causes life-threatening arrhythmias, Erythromycin increases drug level, Cimetidine increases drug level & prolongs QT interval, Flecainide increases risk of ventricular arrhythmias |
