ADR: Serious: Sterility, acute hemorrhagic cystitis, urinary fibrosis, blood disorders, facial flushing, anaphylactic reactions, acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute respiratory distress syndrome, hepatotoxicity, SJS, TEN, Others: Alopecia, headache, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhea, mucositis

DDI: Serious Ofloxacin/Ciprofloxacin/Verapamil absorption reduces by drug, Amiodarone causes pulmonary toxicity, HIV protease inhibitors clearance reduces modestly by drug, Suxamethonium effects increases & prolongs its effect by drug, Warfarin increases anti-coagulant effect by drug, Busulfan increases drug level & decreases its active metabolite, Etanercept increases the incidence of malignancies in patients with Wegener’s granulomatosis, Itraconazole/Fluconazole inhibits drug metabolism, Azathioprine leads to liver damage, Chloramphenicol reduces the production of active metabolites of drug
