Indications & Dose: ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS PO Adult 100mg bid | OSTEOARTHRITIS PO Adult 100mg bid | RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS PO Adult 100mg bid |
Contra: severe HF, active/suspected peptic ulcer/GI bleeding, children, moderate/severe renal impairment, sensitivity to aceclofenac/other nsaids, previous aspirin/nsaid-related allergic/anaphylactic reactions, liver impairment
Precautions: coagulation defects, HTN, asthma/allergic disorders, elderly ADR: Serious: PUD, severe gi bleeding, hypersensitivity reactions, aseptic meningitis, hepatotoxicity, visual disturbances, nephrotoxicity, blood disorders, alveolitis, photosensitivity, pulmonary eosinophilia, pancreatitis, SJS, TEN, Colitis, fluid retention, Others: GI disturbances, headache, vertigo, dizziness, nervousness, tinnitus, drowsiness, insomnia DDI: Serious Quinolones causes convulsions, Other NSAIDs increases frequency of adverse effects, Coumarins increases risk of bleeding, Diuretics/Ciclosporin increases risk of nephrotoxicity, Methotrexate/Digoxin levels are increased, Lithium toxicity raises Diet: After food Monitor: Renal & hepatic function, CBC |
