Indications & Dose: DEPRESSION PO Adult Initially 2-5mg OD, may be adjusted in increments of up to 5mg at intervals of not less than 1 wk max 15mg/day | MANIA PO Adult Initially 30mg OD, decrease to 15mg OD based on tolerance | Acute IM Adult 5.25-15mg/day, next dose may be after 2h if needed, max 30mgAgitation | SCHIZOPHRENIA PO Adult Initially 10 or 15mg/day, MD 15mg/day the dose may be adjusted at intervals of not less than 2 wk upto max 30mg/day | Acute IM Adult 5.25-15mg/day, next dose may be after 2h if needed, max 30mgAgitation |
