PK: A: Complete D: Extensive (IV) M: Hepatic E: Renal |
Indications & Dose: OPEN-ANGLE GLAUCOMA TP Adult 0.25 or 0.5% (as Hcl) is instilled twice daily |
Contra: sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, cardiogenic shock, overt cardiac failure
Precautions: history of heart block or cardiac failure, DM/hypoglycemia, thyrotoxicosis, myasthenia gravis ADR: Serious: blurred vision, corneal punctate keratitis, increased airway resistance, asthma, Others: itching/erythema/inflammation, ocular stinging/discomfort DDI: Serious Theophylline causes deterioration of asthma Diet: 1h before food/2h after food Monitor: For adverse effects |
