Indications & Dose: CUTANEOUS CANDIDIASIS TP Adult Cream/solution (1%): Apply twice daily; if no improvement occurs after 4 wks, re-evaluate diagnosis Child > 3 yrs: Same as adult dose | DERMATOPHYTOSIS TP Adult Cream/solution (1%): Apply twice daily; if no improvement occurs after 4 wks, re-evaluate diagnosis Child > 3 yrs: Same as adult dose | OROPHARYNGEAL CANDIDIASIS PO Adult 1 lozenge (10mg) is dissolved in the mouth 5 times daily for 14 days. | Prophylactic therapy PO Adult 1 lozenge (10mg) is dissolved in the mouth TID during immunosuppressant treatmentin patients receiving immunosuppressant | SUPERFICIAL MYCOSES TP Adult Cream/solution (1%): Apply twice daily; if no improvement occurs after 4 wks, re-evaluate diagnosis Child > 3 yrs: Same as adult dose | VULVOVAGINAL CANDIDIASIS VAG Adult Pessaries 100mg 6 days or 200mg 3 days or 500mg as single dose |
