Contra: Premature/fulterm neonates, known/suspected QT interval prolongation, CVD, hypokalemia/ electrolyte imbalances, young children
Precautions: Angle-closure glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hyperplasia, pyloroduodenal obstruction, epilepsy, hepatic impairment, elderly ADR: Serious: psychomotor impairment, blurred vision, urinary difficulty/retention, palpitations, convulsions, hypotension, Others: paresthesias, myalgia, confusion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, epigastric pain, constipation, increased gastric reflux, dry mouth, depression, drowsiness, headache DDI: Serious Alcohol increases drowsiness |
