Precautions: History of asthma, increased IOP/glaucoma, CVD, prostatic hyperplasia/GU obstruction., pyloroduodenal obstruction, thyroid dysfunction, antibiotics, elderly ADR: Serious: Hypotension, palpitations, blurred vision, tinnitus, Others: Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, constipation, dry mouth, dysuria, urinary frequency, photosensitivity, decreased appetite, pain at IM site DDI: Serious Barbiturates/Alcohol CNS depressant effects is enhanced, TCAs/Antimuscarinics effects are potentiated by drug Diet: With food Monitor: Anticholinergic side-effects |
