Indications & Dose: PREGNANCY ASSOCIATED WITH NAUSEA & VOMITING PO Adult 2 tab HS (each tablet consists of doxylamine 10mg & pyridoxine 10mg), in severe cases dose may be increased by 1 tablet in morning & afternoon |
Contra: Hypersensitivity
Precautions: Angle-closure glaucoma, CVD, hyperthyroidism, urinary tract obstruction, history of increased IOP ADR: Serious: palpitations, tachycardia, blurred vision, Others: anorexia, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, vertigo, disorientation, dysuria, diplopia, constipation, drymouth DDI: Serious Amphetamine decreases drug levels, Barbiturates/ACEIs effects are decreases, CNS Depressants/Alcohol effects are increases, Droperidol increases drug effects |
