Indications & Dose: ACUTE LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA IV Child Relapsed: 10.5mg/m2 bolus over 15min followed by continuous inf 30.5mg/m2/day for 48h | ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA IV Child Relapsed: 10.5mg/m2 bolus over 15min followed by continuous inf 30.5mg/m2/day for 48h | LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA PO Adult 40mg/m2/day for 5 days, courses may be repeated q28days | IV Adult 25mg/m2/day as inf over 30min for 5 days q28days |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, Severe renal impairment, decompensated hemolytic anemia, concurrent use with pentostatin
Precautions: Patients with pre-existing hematological disorders, patients with pre-existing CNS disorder, In Infect ADR: Serious: Bone-marrow suppression, blood disorders, pancytopenia, tumor lysis syndrome, auto-immune hemolytic anemia, arrhythmias, HF, hemorrhagic cystitis, neurological disturbances, peripheral neuropathy, blindness, seizures, encephalopathy, hematuria, pulmonary toxicity, pulmonary fibrosis, abnormalities in hepatic/pancreatic enzymes, anaphylaxis, Others: GI disturbances, agitation, confusion, hearing loss, visual disturbances, sleep disorders, chills, cough, weakness, malaise, anorexia, mucositis, stomatitis, pneumonitis, dyspnea, skin rashes, dysuria, epistaxis Diet: With/without food Monitor: CBC, platelet count, AST, ALT, SeCr, serum albumin, uric acid, signs of infect & neurotoxicity |
