| Contra: Severe hepatic impairment
Precautions: CVD, mild-to-moderate hepatic impairment, avoid excessive alcohol consumption ADR: Serious: HTN, edema, blurred vision, hemolytic anemia, SLE-like syndrome, lymphoedema, hepatic injury, Others: rash, dizziness, Gynaecomastia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, increased appetite, insomnia, tiredness, decreased libido, gastric & chest pain DDI: Serious Warfarin increased anticoagulant effect, Theophylline increases drug level Monitor: LFTs |
