Indications & Dose: PULMONARY EMBOLISM Acute SC Adult <50kg: 5mg OD, 50-100kg: 7.5mg OD, >100kg: 10mg OD for 5-9 days |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, Active major bleeding, Body weight <50 kg, Bacterial endocarditis, Thrombocytopenia with antiplatelet antibody in presence of fondaparinux, Severe renal impairment
Precautions: Elderly, Peptic ulcer disease, bleeding disorder, recent stroke, recent surgery, concurrent use of anticoagulants ADR: Serious: Anemia, confusion, edema, hypokalemia, Hypotension, insomnia, purpura, thrombocytopenia, tremor, Angina, arrhythmia, bronchospasm, hypokalemia, tachycardia, urinary tract infection, Others: Constipation, diarrhea, headache, fever, nausea, vomiting, Pharyngitis, sinusitis, tonsilitis, muscle cramps DDI: Serious Thrombolytics |
