Indications & Dose: MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS OF PROSTATE PO Adult 360-480mg TID, MD 120-240mg TID & slowly reduces to 240mg/day | IV Adult Initially 600-1200mg/day slowly over about 1h given 5-10 days, followed by 300mg/day 10-20 days, MD 300-600mg, reduce slowly over few months from dosing 4 times/wk once wkly

ADR: Serious: breast cancer, burning sensation, gynecomastia, withdrawal bleeding, hypercalcemia, arterial & venous thrombosis, Others: nausea, fluid retention
