Indications & Dose: CONTACT LENS LUBRICANT TP Adult Drops (0.1%): Instill into eye | DRY EYE TP Adult Drops (0.1%): Instill into eye | OSTEOARTHRITIS OF KNEE IAT Adult 20-25mg/wk for 5 wk or 30mg/wk for 3-4 wk | SKIN ULCERS & WOUND TP Adult Apply a thin layer to clean & disinfected ulcer/wound | SURGICAL AID IN CATARACT EXTRACTION/INTRA-OCULAR IMPLANTATION/CORNEAL TRANSPLANT/GLAUCOMA FILTRATION/RETINAL ATTACHMENT SURGERY Adult Intra-ocular: Slowly administer sufficient quantity into the eye depends upon the procedure |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, IV administration
Precautions: Presence of venous/lymphatic stasis in leg, patients susceptible to keloid formation, hypertropic scarring, pigmentation disorders, avoid exposure to sun & UV lamp, avoid contact with eyes, lips, mucous membrane ADR: Serious: peritoneal inflammation, hypersensitivity, rise in IOP, corneal edema, tendonitis, Others: erythema, lumps/bumps, joint effusion, back pain, pain & inflammation at inj site, anaphylaxis, hyperpigmentation, rash, nodule at inj site Monitor: IOP, signs & symptoms of excess local inflammation or injection |
