Indications & Dose: ERADICATION OF NASAL MRSA COLONIZATION NSL Adult Ointment (2%): Apply 50% of the preparation in single-use tube into one nostril & remaining into another nostril twice daily 5 days Child >12 yr: Same as adult dose | IMPETIGO TP Adult Ointment (2%): Apply to affected area thrice daily, re-evaluate after 3-5 days if no clinical response Child >2 month: Same as adult dose | SECONDARY SKIN INFECT TP Adult Cream (2%): Apply to affected area thrice daily 10 days, re-evaluate after 3-5 days if no clinical response Child >3 month: Same as adult dose |
