Precautions: CNS disease, renal impairment, cirrhosis, bradycardia, acute myocardial ischemia, history of tendinitis/tendon rupture with fluoroquinolone use, dialysis patients, elderly, children, epilepsy/history of CNS disorders, G6PD deficiency, myasthenia gravis, with QT prolongation, uncorrected electrolyte disturbances, pre-existing CVD
