Indications & Dose: CONTRACEPTION PO Adult 30mg twice weekly for 1st 12 wk, then 30mg/wk from 13th wk onwards, dose should be starts on 1st day of menstrual cycle & follow the dose irrespective of menstrual periods | DYSFUNCTIONAL UTERINE BLEEDING PO Adult 60mg twice weekly for 1st 12 wk, followed by 60mg/wk for next 12 wk |
| Contra: Patients with polycystic ovarian disease, recent history of jaundice, renal/hepatic impairment, abnormal growth of cervix, hypersensitivity
ADR: Serious: delayed/prolonged menstrual period, Others: Nausea, headache |
