Indications & Dose: INFLUENZA A & B PO Adult 75mg BID for 5 days within 48h after the onset of symptoms Child start therapy within 48h of exposure; more than 40kg: 75mg BID more than 23kg to 40kg: 60mg BID more than 15kg to 23kg: 45mg BID less than 15kg: 30mg BID | Postexposure prophylaxis PO Adult 75 mg OD within 48h of exposure for 10 days and up to 6wks during an epidemic Child start therapy within 48h of exposure; more than 40kg: 75mg OD more than 23kg to 40kg: 60mg OD more than 15kg to 23kg: 45mg OD less than 15kg: 30mg OD

Precautions: Renal impairment, Severe Hepatic impairment, paediatrics, Chronic cardiac and/or kidney disease patients

ADR: Serious: Allergy, anaphylactic reaction, angina, arrhythmia, conjunctivitis, epistaxis, erythema multiforme, fracture, GI bleeding, hemorrhagic colitis, hepatitis, pseudomembranous colitis, pyrexia, seizure, , Stevens-Johnson syndrome, swelling of face or tongue, toxic epidermal necrolysis, Others: abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting

Monitor: Signs & symptoms of unusual behaviour, confusion, repeat rRT-PCR or viral culture
