Indications & Dose: ACNE PO Adult 250-500mg/day | INFECT PO Adult 250-500mg QID Child >8 yr: 25-50mg/kg/day in 4 divided doses | IM Adult 250mg OD or 300mg/day in 2 or 3 divided doses Child >8 yr: 15-25mg/kg/day in 2 or 3 divided doses, max 250mg/day | SEVERE INFECT PO Adult Up to 4g/day |
