Precautions: Hyperthyroidism, occlusive vascular disease, CVD, obstructive cardiomyopathy, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate disorders ADR: Serious: hypertensive episodes, dyspnea, difficulty in micturition & urinary retention, piloerection, reflex bradycardia, tachycardia, palpitations, increased cardiac contractility, Others: sweating, vomiting, anxiety, fear, restlessness, insomnia, confusion, headache DDI: Serious Bromocriptine causes HTN, severe headache, seizures & psychosis, Indinavir causes hypertensive crisis, MAOIs causes potentially fatal hypertensive crisis, Amantadine causes psychosis, Theophylline clearance reduces, Methyl dopa/Caffeine/Oxprenolol leads to HTN |
