Indications & Dose: ENURESIS/ URINARY INCONTINENCE PO Adult Initially 15mg TID 30-60min before meals & 30mg at HS, max 120mg/day | GI SPASM & ADJUNCT IN PEPTIC ULCER PO Adult Initially 15mg TID 30-60min before meals & 30mg HS, max 120mg/day Child 1 month-12yr: 300µg/kg, max 15mg TID/QID, >12yr: Same as adult dose Elderly 7.5mg TID | HYPERHIDROSIS PO Adult Initially 15mg TID 30-60min before meals & 30mg at HS, max 120mg/day |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, narrow-angle glaucoma, adhesions between the iris & lens, tachycardia, obstructive GI disease, paralytic ileus, severe UC, toxic megacolon complicating UC, hepatic/renal disease, myasthenia gravis, asthma, thyrotoxicosis, prostatic enlargement
