Indications & Dose: MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION Acute IV Adult 10 units over 2 min, repeat 30 min after the first dose; withhold second dose if serious bleeding or anaphylaxis occurs |
Contra: Hypersensitivity, Active internal bleeding, History of cerebrovascular accident, Intracranial or intraspinal surgery, Severe uncontrolled hypertension
Precautions: Cerebrovascular disease, internal bleeding, Hypertension, recent trauma, acute pericarditis, Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction, Pregnancy ADR: Serious: Anemia, Allergic reactions, Cholesterol embolization, intracranial hemorrhage, severe internal bleeding, Arrhythmia, Cardiac reinfarction, cardiogenic shock, embolism, hypotension, pericarditis, pulmonary edema, tamponade, thrombosis DDI: Serious NSAIDs Monitor: Signs of Bleeding |
