Indications & Dose: TUBERCULOSIS PO Adult As part of a 6month regimen: Rifampicin 10mg/kg, isoniazid 5mg/kg & pyrazinamide 25 mg/kg/day or rifampicin 10mg/kg, isoniazid 10mg/kg & pyrazinamide 35mg/kg thrice weekly
