Indications & Dose: GONORRHEA PO Adult 12-13.5MU as single dose | INFECT Severe PO Adult 12-15MU/day in 2 divided doses | Mild-to-moderate PO Adult 6-9MU/day in 2 divided doses |
Contra: Hypersensitivity
Precautions: History of arrhythmias, hepatic/renal impairment, cardiac repolarization ADR: Serious: abnormal liver function values, QT interval prolongation, anaphylactic shock, angioedema, Others: transient paresthesia, pruritus, urticaria, skin rash, nausea, vomiting DDI: Serious Fluphenazine acute dystonia, Hormonal Contraceptives efficacy is reduced, Levodopa levels are reduced Diet: With/without food |
